Activities/Attractions: Resort eateries and restaurants offer a wide array of specialities from the catch of the day to French cuisine. Area shopping ranges from factory outlets to unique and artistic specialty shops. It would be difficult to find another location that could match the resort area's variety and charm.
One of downtown Rehoboth's greatest assets is a mile-long boardwalk which allows for bike riding, strolling or jogging. Other activities and special events on the "boards" include miniature golf, arcades, a small amusement park, bandstand musical entertainment and numerous festivals. Here you can sit and watch the sunrise, enjoy our many migrating dolphins and our latest visitors, pelicans. The Delaware Inn is just steps to the town's sandy white beaches, fine dining, clubs, shops and boutiques.

"The Delaware Inn has many great features. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful - we asked where we could do laundry and she did it all for us with no charge - and always on hand to offer advice. The location is really good - close to the beach and also to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean. There are lots of free beach supplies and bikes ... and plentiful large, soft beach towels, and wine and cheese every afternoon."

General Information: For more than 70 years, the AAA approved Delaware Inn has welcomed and delighted guests, making it one of Rehoboth's oldest and most charming Bed & Breakfasts. Located on a quiet residential street in historic downtown Rehoboth Beach, the inn is within easy walking distance to all that Rehoboth has to offer.
The B&B is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The common rooms are country colonial style and each guest room has a different theme. Breakfast is served on our sun-filled front porch. Each room in the Delaware Inn has:

The Inn is decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable - the majority of our room furnishings are authentic period pieces. All guests of the Delaware Inn are welcome to relax on our sunny porch while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon lemonade. For your convenience, there is:

The Condo offers families or small groups of friends a private place to gather. All inn amenities are included with your stay at the Condo. It is located on the second floor of the house adjacent to the inn and has a private entrance. Families with children under 10 years of age are welcome in the condo. It is also ideal for gatherings of 4-6 friends.
