General Information: Palm Springs has come to be a favorite retreat for many vacationers. Why? For starters, Palm Springs is set among acres of natural desertscape and provides unparalleled views of the mountain peaks beyond. It's unspoiled natural beauty and opulence combine to create an oasis of leisure activities including more than 90 golf courses, hiking, horseback riding, parks, children's museums, gambling, spas, restaurants, and boutiques - truly making Palm Springs the perfect vacation getaway! Most of our condos are:
- two-bedroom, two-bath
- 1200 to 2500 square feet
- many in gated communities with common area swimming pools, jacuzzis and tennis courts
The units are single levels and many are wheelchair accessible. We have a few three-bedroom condos and two-bedroom units with dens. Most private homes have three or four bedrooms. All have private swimming pools; some also have spas.
Most of our homes have high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance and local calling, and also wireless connections! And we are excited to now be able to offer home theaters with 100 inch screens in selected properties!
What is included? Every thing except your personal effects. All units are turnkey furnished. They include:

All of our Upscale Homes have: TVs in all rooms and many are now Plasmas, VCRs, DVD players and stereos. All have central heat and air conditioning systems. All homes have full size washers and dryers and also ironing boards and irons. Some homes have commercial clothes steamers.
