Activities/Attractions: We're one block from Duval Street and crawling distance from Sloppy Joe's, Hemingway's favorite bar. "Location, location, location!" Besides attractions, museums, art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars and swimming in the pool, what else is there to do during the day? A ten-minute ride from the Key West Airport, we have bikes on the premises you can rent by the day, and you can actually walk four or five short blocks to all the major attractions.
We'll arrange snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, diving, sightseeing or dolphin-watching trips for you with the most reputable catamarans or sailboats on the island, (all within a three block walk!) or we'll point you to the places to rent moped, jet skis or to go parasailing. Just let us know when you want to go and we'll handle the rest. Someone wants to pamper you!
"This is the first time we stayed in a Bed and Breakfast in Key West, we previously stayed in hotels. We could not have been happier. We also have never used a shared facility however we had not issues with sharing a bathroom either. We were most impressed with the staff, Dave at the helm, and everyone from housekeeping to pool maintenance. The kitchen staff was not only perfect in their baking abilities but very knowlegeable about where to go and what to do on the Island. Happy hour was also very pleasurable and we would be happy to stay in this facility again and again!"
"My wife and I went down for our 10th anniversary. We had a great time. This was our first time to Key West. The location was great, the food was wonderful. The Happy Hour was very entertaining. It gave you some time to talk to some of the other guests and see what they have done and would recommend. Of course, you only get out of it what you put in. So you could sit off to the side and not talk to anyone and think it was a waste of time or you can sit down with someone and talk. Our room was very large, Room 4 and very nicely done. Cypress House is a graceful Bahamian Conch Mansion, built in
1888. Its rooms are large (20'x14'), bright and airy. The
Simonton House was built by the original owner for his daughter
when she married, approximately twenty years later. While some of
the Simonton House rooms are smaller than those in the main house,
they are well-proportioned with lovely tiled bathrooms and elegant
glass block shower stalls. All rooms in both houses are decorated
in an eclectic mix of furniture ranging from wicker to antiques and
have ceiling fans, a/c, color cable TV and telephones.

The staff that we dealt with Kelly & Jenn were amazing. Always helpful, smiling, professional. The rooms were extremely neat and very well kept grounds.
