Activities/Attractions: The community of Hampton Lakes was built in the autumn of 1998 and boasts among other things a communal swimming pool with changing and toilet facilities, basketball, volleyball and floodlit tennis courts and a children's play area. It is a dedicated rental community and not like many others in the area which are a mixture of rental and residential properties.
The whole community is well maintained by a homeowners association, who ensure that all lawns, trees and plant beds are cared for. This greatly enhances the appearance of the neighbourhood. We are situated just minutes from Disney attractions, theme parks and championship golf courses.
General Information: Welcome to Hampton Villa ... our holiday home sleeping up to 8 people situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes Development of US HWY 27, just 15 minutes from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. We have a management company situated near to the community who organises professional cleaning of the house before and after each booking and ensure full maintenance of the house and pool.
Our home is a single-storey, fully air-conditioned four bedroom, three bathroom villa with two en-suite masters. It has a light and airy open plan feel and is tastefully furnished throughout. There are ceiling fans in the living area and both en-suite masters. Other features include:
