General Information: Roseberry House Bed & Breakfast is located in Historic Uptown Susanville, California. Susanville is the county seat and largest community in Lassen County, California, a high desert town nestled against the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the Honey Lake Valley and is just 85 miles northwest of Reno, NV on Highway 36. The town was named after the daughter of Isaac Roop, founder of Susanville.

Your stay at Roseberry House includes a full home cooked breakfast served at your convenience in the beautiful Dining Room. We use only fresh ingredients and the microwave is only to soften the butter, heat the tea water and the plates! If you need an early or a late breakfast time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Also, if you have any dietary restrictions please let us know at check-in.

• There is a private entrance for you at Roseberry House B&B in Susanville, California to come and go as you please
  
• We have installed a telephone in the entrance from which you can make unlimited local calls which are free and of course, calling card long distance
  
• The small porch at the end of the upstairs hallway has two chairs so that you may sit and enjoy the view down North Lassen Street to Historic Main Street
