General Information: Welcome to 312 Seaton B&B, a detached Victorian home on a quiet tree lined street in downtown Toronto’s historical "Cabbagetown". From here you are close to many of Toronto’s major tourist attractions, the downtown business district and financial area, and hundreds of restaurants and clubs that offer a variety of dining and entertainment experiences for all tastes and budgets.

At 312 Seaton we welcome pleasure and business travelers with amenities designed to make each guest’s stay, whether first time visitor or returning friend, as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. For the Bed and Breakfast travelers, 312 Seaton is one of the finest places to stay in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Each of our four newly renovated and decorated guest rooms has:
