Activities/Attractions: Kissimmee-St. Cloud is located in Osceola County, a 1,506-square mile area that serves as the south/central boundary of the Central Florida Region and the Greater Metropolitan Orlando area. The City of Kissimmee, the County Seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando.
Villas at Island Club is a recently completed new development situated off Highway 192 at Lindfields Boulevard about 5 miles from the entrance to Disney World and the Epcot Centre. It is also in close proximity to:

- Universal Studios
... and all major attractions. Nearby you will find Shopping Malls and excellent restaurants all waiting to be sampled. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are only ½ hour and 1 hour away respectively.

Like everything in the USA our "Condo" is large and spacious and certainly offer similar living areas to any comparable 3 bed villa. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people although it has the facility to take up to 8 with a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. The condo features:

Bedroom has double sliding glass doors, balcony, New King size bed, walk-in wardrobes, dressing
table, bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom
and cable TV
- The Second
Bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside

Bedroom has Twin beds, bedside tables and
lamps, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe
- These two bedrooms
share the Main Bathroom, which contains bath with
overhead shower, vanity unit, WC and hairdryers

fitted kitchen area contains a double sink, full
size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice-maker, dishwasher,
